Advice for completing your application

Give yourself plenty of time to complete the application form, it could take up to 40 minutes.
Try to find somewhere quiet to work, where you won’t be interrupted.
Have your documents and other information about your medical conditions to hand.
Once you start the application, it will not be saved until it is completed and sent.

I have my proof of identity to upload to the form

I have my proof of address to upload to the form

I have my evidence, expert assessment form or award letter to upload to the form

I have my passport-style photo to upload to the form

Warning

We will not look at your application until you have supplied all of the required documents. It will delay your application if you do not provide documents that show how your condition affects your mobility or your ability to make journeys.

If your application is successful, your Blue Badge will cost £10. Please do not send payment until requested.

If you are unable to apply online and require an assisted service, contact us on 0345 050 7666. We will not look at your application until you have supplied your documents.
